Speaking of Centerville baseball caps, a big congratulation to the Centerville Baseball team for making it to the state tournament and winning their first game on Tuesday. We brought in a radio to listen to every pitch Tuesday and will be tuned in again Friday when they take on West Delaware.

With the increase in Christmas decorations around town and carols playing on the radio, it is evident that the holiday season is upon us. With the shopping season already in swing I thought I would ask the Dannco team what they were buying their loved ones for Christmas this year.

Under Armour is the popular selection on wish lists for both kids and adults. Several members of the team said that they were buying UA apparel or accessories for Christmas. As things get colder here the first thing on the mind of several buying were hooded sweatshirts or sweatpants. Work out shirts and Under Armour caps are also highly sought after.

The cold weather seemed to be a theme, as sweatshirts and pants were on several lists. Apart from Under Armour, some liked a set of women’s Tyr sweats that come in a color they call Glamour that looks like Aqua or Sky Blue, and Pink.

And some are buying traditional equipment. Ball bats, gloves, and equipment bags were thought of as gifts. For those gifts we will be running special blogs in the upcoming weeks explaining how to pick out those items for the person on your list depending on a variety of conditions.
